What to expect
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on retention, performance improvement and development plans.
Your qualification
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
