What to expect

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution when necessary.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on retention, performance improvement and development plans.

Your qualification

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
